I’ve had the pleasure of working with John at Guitar ER on several occasions. Many times for simple tune ups and restringing my bass while he had it, and other times to help me figure out what I did wrong on my rig. John explained things in layman’s terms instead of "techno talk" which I appreciated. I highly recommend Guitar ER! I trusted them with my guitars and equipment after all!
